This project finished individully by myself. It was a hotel located in a mountainrous area in China. There are several beautiful natural landscape spreading over the area. The concept was from one of the local natural landscape of “thin strip of sky”, a gap between two huge rocks. It was also inspired from the ancient Taorism architecture in the area. I took the elements from the historicle building, simplify them and use as the design language of the hotel. So that the building can be easily reconize but also in harmony with the local culture.  

Done in Sketch-up, V-ray, Auto CAD, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
